I just have to pull this out of my comments section because, well, it’s amazing.

If this is really an airtran employee then I am SHOCKED!!! And also suggest a social media advisor at the company, because if this is the kind of interaction you’re engaged in on blogs, you’ve got a bigger problem than ridiculously uncomfortable seats. … and this response I just got from Jennifer: “Actually, each seat itself cost well over $800.00 so if you’d like to donate to us, we would be more than happy to buy YOU a new seat.”
